Cab Khata – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Advikron Infotech ("we", "us") handles information when you use the Cab Khata mobile application ("the App"), a taxi invoice generator for drivers, taxi owners and travel agencies.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: when you sign in (with email/password or Google Sign-In) we receive your name and email address. This is used only to create and secure your account.
• Invoice data you enter: business details, customer names, phone numbers, trip details, amounts and invoices you create are stored locally on your device. We do not upload them to our servers.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or payment card information. The App does not show advertisements.

2. How we use information

• To let you sign in and use your account.
• To provide support when you contact us.

We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for advertising.

3. Sharing

Your account information is processed by our authentication provider (Google / Firebase Authentication) solely to operate sign-in. Invoices are shared only when you choose to share a PDF with another app (e.g. WhatsApp or email).

4. Security

Data sent between the App and our sign-in provider is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Invoice data stays on your device and is protected by your device's security.

5. Data retention

Account information is kept while your account is active. Invoice data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.

6. Deleting your account and data

To delete your Cab Khata account and associated data, email advikroninfotech@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my Cab Khata account". We will delete your account information within 30 days and confirm by email. Invoice data stored on your phone is removed when you delete it in the App or uninstall the App.

7. Children

The App is intended for business users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
